Hello. For compatibility with 4.7 you need to change the file /applications/newtopicdescription/hooks/forum.php 

public function clubForm( \IPS\Helpers\Form $form )

to:

public function clubForm( \IPS\Helpers\Form $form, \IPS\Member\Club $club )
