All the YouTube videos that have been added in posts are showing as full-width across posts. As we're using the fluid layout this means the video takes up the entire screen while scrolling through posts.

Is there a way to keep the videos a more reasonable width and proportional height?

Yes. The setting is called “Maximum embedded content width”.
