Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
DChiuch Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 Is there a way to have a different block configuration on a database's category / listing page, and on a database's record pages? Currently if I edit the blocks on one, it'll change it on the other.
Daniel F Posted July 18, 2018 Posted July 18, 2018 No, but there are some resources in the marketplace available to achieve this:)

I only found this: But unfortunately it only lets you customise databases that use categories. The database where I want to do this doesn't have categories.
DChiuch Posted July 19, 2018 Author Posted July 19, 2018 Oh actually, you can kind of hack it by enabling categories, doing what you want to do, and then disabling categories – the customisations still stay in effect. Edit: It's a pretty rough app though, any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Hey, I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with our app. I can’t reproduce the issue with the still appearing sidebar once it was disabled. Could I take a look at your board? could you also clarify what else isn’t working for you and why you think it’s pretty rough? We’ve been using it now for months on one of our sites and haven’t run into any issues. i would be more then happy to resolve all your issues
