FabioPaz Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 Hello, there. I'm receiving a lot of complaining about gmail users not receiving the confirmation email. The problem is that some users do receive and others dont. The email don't even go to the spam folder, some times do and sometimes it gets to the inbox like anything else. Maybe I'm hitting some type of gmail quota ??? How do I increase the rate of email delivery. Since my community is quite big, I can't use a thirdparty service to deliver ALL the emails, it becomes quite expensive (more than my dedicated server for example). Any help would be appreciated.
opentype Posted July 5, 2018 Posted July 5, 2018 If it really can’t get delivered, the mail server should send a reply telling you the reason for rejecting the mail. Do you get that? What does it say?
BomAle Posted July 6, 2018 Posted July 6, 2018 Have you configured DKIM and SPF into your hosting account? What are raw content of email? https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/it/articles/209577385-A-cosa-servono-i-protocolli-SPF-DKIM-e-DMARC-
