Posted February 22, 20186 yr Hi, Is there any way, how to resize original images (in forum posts)? I have found only this issue from year 2012.. and is there still no support for this in ACP?? thx Jan
February 22, 20186 yr System → Posting → Maximum image dimensions to display In the description text of that field is a link to rebuild existing images after a change of the field settings.
February 22, 20186 yr Well, the “display size”, however that is. It can be quite large and doesn’t have to be “thumbnail” size. And it’s the thing that can safely be changed and rebuilt. If you touch the originals, you can easily destroy all your uploads with a faulty setting. Why do you want to change them? If you run out of space, it might be better to consider the S3 hosting or a server change.
February 22, 20186 yr The setting you are looking for is Max image size to save, not display. This will resize all uploaded images and save you a great deal of sick space.
February 22, 20186 yr Author of course, I set it up " Max image size to save ". This works great. But only for new uploads.. Is there any task to rebuild original images? (" rebuild existing images " affects only thumbnails...
