Posted October 29, 20177 yr I think it would be a good idea, to provide an IP of the invisionpower services, to give access to those servers that we have firewall, and filter by IP. In my case I have to disable the firewall so IPS support can access. For example, CPanel support provides their IP or a root´s SSH Key.
October 30, 20177 yr You didn't need to disable your firewall for use IPS support. Just ask them their IP's in same support ticket. They share it without any problems and you can add them to your firewall white list.

But, it would be more effective if they put it in the client area.
