But before I need to know if it is possible to set it up as a marketplace where the community users can sell to other community users, considering some fees for the community owner from each user-to-user scceeded transaction ?

I really think IPS should consider making this functionality happen. It's already possible to do this on other platforms. Will open up another revenue stream for community owners!
