Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
JoshB84 Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Hello, I would like to know how to add a table into a post. I have googled html tables and copy posted examples into the code button. I make sure the drop down is html but it always shows as the code that was pasted there. I just want to make tables to show information like this. http://nadekobot.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Commands List/#gambling I wanted to add these into articles for my discord server. Actually I purchased Pages SuperHelp also. I am just going to make guides for my discord users. I want to break up that page into smaller guides with graphics. I just need to be able to make tables also.
opentype Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 I would try to find a table plugin for CKeditor. http://ckeditor.com/addons/plugins/all

opentype Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 The updates are mentioned in the release notes: https://invisioncommunity.com/release-notes/

Joy Rex Posted July 11, 2017 Posted July 11, 2017 Another way is to configure the toolbar to put the "About" button CKEditor has by default back - that shows the version number of the CKEditor build.
JoshB84 Posted July 12, 2017 Author Posted July 12, 2017 I ended up using the free Google Docs embed plugin from the marketplace. Made what I needed to make and you can't even tell.
Joel R Posted July 12, 2017 Posted July 12, 2017 I use the Google docs embed plug-in as well. It's great. If you're looking for native Editor capability, you should search CKEditor plugins for tables. I've been able to build some simple tables that way as well.
