Hi, there. I need to put member of one group to another group AUTOMATICALLY upon some trigger, for example when member buys something in my e-commerce. How can i do it? May be there is anything script or other options? Thanks.

There are lots of ways to do this. For example in Group Settings, look at the Group Promotion settings.

You can also do this in Commerce.

Hi, Michael! Thanks a lot. I looked at the Group Promotion settings, but this doesn't work for me. There are limited criteria. Possible i could find it at Commerce. Is there anything common Manual?

In Commerce product settings, you can automatically move members to another membergroup upon purchase of a product.  There's also a setting to move them to another membergroup once the purchase expires.

You can also check out Automation Rules by @Kevin Carwile which provides for a wider-range of IF/THEN rules.
