I'm not a Developer and was able to download the SDK without even being signed in. Is that right?

You are a client and all clients are able to start developing new addons for the IP.Suite.

SDK is the Dev Files:

Guests shouldn't be able to download it. It makes no sense, since a license is required to submit resources to marketplace.

Oh I didn't read that. It's 00:44 AM here in Germany, sorry.

The files in that category are available to all users - we include the "Get ready for IPS 4" file in the same category for instance.

I'll bring this up internally but I'm not sure if we'll adjust the permissions or not. In any event, this isn't really a "get help from a developer" question. ;)
