I'm super new at this and when I go to the community page I get the attached image. I bought the Plus 40 Cloud Community Package. What is going on and how do I fix it?

Open a support ticket.

How long ago did you get it? They are usually up and running within 30 minutes or thereabout, maybe even quicker than that. But they don't go up instantly.

Our apologies for the delay, the automated installer failed for some reason and I just addressed your support ticket. You should be good to go, but please do followup on the ticket if there are any issues.
