How can I edit the error / 404 page content?

I want to add an image and some other information on this page.

Years ago I recreated my own and I think I followed these instructions.... Or at least the page looks familiar.

I thinks shes asking how to edit IPB error page. Id like to know that too, what skin file?

I know how to create a 404 error page from the server point of view http://www.baysidegamers.com/404.html

Go to ACP > Themes, choose Edit HTML and CSS for your desired theme. 

Under the Templates tab, either search for 'error' or go to core > front > global > error, that should be the template you're looking for.

Its not a skin file. It will be the files in the root directory of the software. ie - 404error.php and error.html. These are the files that need to be recreated.
