I have always thought the databases area of my Pages were underutilized, now I actually have need of this feature and I am sad to say I'm unsure of what to do. 

1. There is an option to upload a database when creating a new Database, so I was wondering if IPS could share their Database settings/setup with me?
2. On the other hand, is there a tutorial I am missing that would walk me through building a Database from scratch in the current build of the App?
3. If nothing else, I'd love to know how IPS managed the "Pending", "Closed", and "4.x.x" flags for the database records?
