Just purchased Commerce and Gallery.  Where do I go to download the files?

Sorry for such a dumb question...

You can download those from the Client Area by clicking Purchases on the left, then clicking the name of your Suite license on the right.

Next page, click the "Download IPS Community Suite" button. Choose the version you're using.

If v4, you download an entire set of files in one go, then upload them all to the forum and install via the ACP -> System tab -> Applications page.

If v3.4.8, choose the individual products you need, then download them and upload the same way, then install via ACP -> Manage Applications & Modules.

First, I have the latest version - 4.0.13.1

Got it downloaded (ips_8ad9a folder).  It contains 13 items.

When I go to install, it's asking for a .tar application distribution file

Where do I find that?  Or am I in the wrong place?

Don't use the "big Install" button. Scroll down on the page and you get a list of "Applications not currently installed". Choose the app and klick on the "+ button" on the right side.

Upload all folders to server via FTP.

Then go into ACP to activate the apps.
