William D Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Is there support on the weekends for IPB? Have some urgent problems and just need to know if I can expect a reply/help soon or will it be monday before it's looked at (the ticket).

broni Posted August 15, 2015 Posted August 15, 2015 Regular ticket will probably have to wait until Monday but I had EMERGENCY tickets answered on weekend.Actually it was very prompt.

AndyF Posted August 16, 2015 Posted August 16, 2015 Generally support is 24/7 , other departments like billing / accounts assistance are not although they are looked over by an appropriate staff member normally.Tickets are answered over the weekend although responses may be a little slower than a weekday. Higher support levels ie T2 and such may not be available but standard support etc usually is.
