Do you have a page or link to your disclaimer already ? The next is a part to your answer .. although it is to put Guidelines in the footer .. but you can replace links and titles the way fit .. The nice thing is that it has a popup window, your members will not navigate away to another page .. .

tnn Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 How I do it: System -> Advertisements -> + Create New Below the code of my footer ad, I add an additional markup up language of my privacy policy and other goodies. After configuring everything make sure you select "Just above the page footer".
Mahumba Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 I just went to Customization. Then selected edit html/css. Then templates>core>front>global>globaltemplate I added my code just above the </body> This allowed one edit to affect all pages. (to clarify, I did this on my message board. Not sure how pages works or even if it's similar) Roger
