When I try to install a new board I get this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function IPS\mb_internal_encoding() in /public_html/init.php on line 110

Anyone know what I have to do with the init.php file?

I'm beginning to envy those who can install a board. Getting on 5 days of time wasting.

Did you submit a ticket? Staff are quite helpful in cases like this.
