I would have loved to post this in the How To forum that used to exist but it was moved somewhere and I can t find it anymore.

I tried duplicating the default language and then for example changing instances of Calendar to something else and nothing seems to change

Only the first save gives the black popover confirmation, any further changes seem to be saved but I can t see the name Calendar changing

I looked everywhere I could think and I would have expected being able to change the name somewhere in the applications section but nope

EDIT why isnt it under Community > Settings for each app to change the name there?

i think its now a language so that each language can have it's on translation

if it was a single field in the app settings then only one language would be possible.

i changed every Calendar in the language and it still shows as Calendar

Did you use the Translation Tools Visual Language editor?

In all the previous versions I was just going to edit the language directly

Thanks that is exactly what I did and it would not change it. I purposefully looked for the app_calendar and it was not showing.

I deleted that test upgrade and doing it again...we ll see if that is reproducible

I think this may be due to this error I got during upgrade since there is NO app_calendar lang option which I guess means it was never inserted during the upgrade and thus can t be changed. I did the support fix but it did not help.
