Please help

I have IPS 4.0 RC

Where do I go to change color (see attachment below)

Light blue header -

Theme css - core - global - framework - global

#ipsLayout_header header {

 

Navigation 1st Dark Blue

Theme css - core - global - framework - global

#elSearchNavContainer, #elMobileNav {

 

SectionTitle 2nd Dark Blue

If you're not comfortable editing CSS and all you want to do is change colors you can "Edit" the Theme by clicking the pencil in the ACP -> Customization -> Themes. After clicking edit, go to "Front-end Colors." The first 4 correspond with the background and then the items you pointed to.

body {
    background-color: #e9e9e9;
