Is there an easy way to find out how many page views on a monthly basis or whatever the time frame, for members of various user groups?

ie... premium vs regular members, etc.

Write a custom hook that adds that functionality.

You can use Google Analytics to check the view and if there are too many changes , you can try to write a hook for that though i highly suggest not doing so.
