Where is the BBCODE Link (When Posting)? It's Missing From IPB 3

I just noticed something. After my forums were upgraded I just noticed that the BBCODE link is missing when you create a new topic or post a new message. What happened to it?

It got a little too friendly with the image bbcode and got thrown into the slammer for sexual harassment.

What do you mean by "BBCODE Link"? You mean the BBCode Quick Access?

There's a help icon at the top right of the editor.
