You guys gotta get your act together. We pay all this money for use of your products and 1) we can't download them in a complete package, 2) your client center portal doesn't load currently, you take forever to respond to tickets. I remember when 2 hours was a long time..now it's rediculously long! You have no idea how frustrated I am right now!

Let's get it together fellas! I spent over $800 on products already since I bought my first IPB board and the support and client center issues has gotten worse.

more money and less client attention isn't gonna give you a better reputation in the business world. Don't forget about the little guy ok? cause we still here and a good chunk of your business. ;)

I had a friend try it with thier account and they couldn't get in either...they eventually got in. I haven't tried it since. ;)

I just tried it now and it's loading fine but over 30 minutes ago it wasn't loading at all or very sluggish.

You're talking 1:00-1:30 in the morning (here in the US/EST). Don't you think it might be possible our servers were performing a backup at that time? :) After all, you HAVE to run backups and it makes the most sense to run them at late hours of the night when the sites are least busy.

Most tickets are responded to within 1 day. Our stated response time is 48 hours, but it's RARELY that long. If you have any exceptions feel free to bring them up with management of course.

I have no way of knowing you are performing a server upgrade unless an announcement is posted on these forums...I checked..there wasn't any posted. I remember when you guys used to post such announcements. Regardless I can't read minds and have no idea what's going on when your server is sluggish or non responsive. Add to that the trounble I have been experiencing and it becomes frustrating. In regard to ticket response times.....I can live with 24 hours but I had already posted a topic on these forums that went over a day before someone responded(after I filled the ticket by this point) so I filed the ticket to hopefully get a quicker response. ;)

Ever since IPSB ceased to exist I can't get full downloads from the client center or the new resource site. Others have been more fortunate so I gues I am an isolated issue but I would appreciate some resolution of this problem.

Actually he said backups not server upgrades. A backup usually isn't enough merit to warrant a post about, unless something goes wrong. There is really no need to announce that, besides announcing every time you do a backup is bad practice, you'd be giving crackers extra data then, it compromises security.

If you can pardon my intrusion though the client center loads, and has been loading, fine for me and I'm on Dial-up.

My thoughts exactly. I'm sure management doesn't feel our backup times warrant announcements. Backups are a necessity - they're a fact of running a website (if you can't stand to lose all your data at least). And good practice generally puts backups in the middle of the night for the majority of your customer base.

There are not any problems with my Customer center. All downloads have been successful.

There is only small thing in download section:
stable releases are on the first stage but in Blog section stable release is on second stage.
