January 5, 200817 yr This topic makes me chuckle. Anywhoo, to the original poster. IPB 3.0.0 is just going to be a version of IPB (the current latest version 2.3.3) - to answer your questions: 1. Most probably. As I said, it's just an upgrade of the software you are using now, which is paid, I very much doubt they'd go back to free ;) 2. Who knows? Though as a general guess I'd say if prices do change, they're likely to go up (as with anything) 3. Again, we don't know when 3.0 is going to be released so we wouldn't know what license terms will be then. 4. If you have ideas on how that can be done - post them and they might get implemented ;) 5. There are free converters for the current version, so probably, yes. 6. It is fairly easy to mod the current version. See #4 7. See #3. Although, if you buy a license now it does say you can use (if you renew support when 3.0 is released and don't break the license terms) all future versions which would include 3.0
January 5, 200817 yr So, 3.0 is just a fake? Even the Managment don't know about it? And What is Nexus?
January 5, 200817 yr So, 3.0 is just a fake? Even the Managment don't know about it? And What is Nexus? * IP.Nexus is CMS. Is is business management application that is currently under beta. * IPB 3.0 is not a fake. Altough IPS don't know about it, they can release it in the next year. No one can know that.
January 5, 200817 yr And What is Nexus? IP.Nexus is our business management application that is currently in beta.

January 6, 200817 yr IPS will released 3.0 vs vB 3.7 Because the new customers now prefere 3.7 So, IPS will not be late for a new version as with 3.7 features and more... if no, IPS will loose the new customers vs vB... after this 2.3.4, IPS will release 3.0 Just a speculation :D
January 6, 200817 yr Will IPB 3.0 cost not so much as it is now? Normally Ips always announce when they are going to increase their prices so watch the forums closely. ;)
