I dont think that would be allowed really as per the guidelines (as IPS offers hosting and it would be discussing competing products)

Yes, if you are looking for a host suggestion at a company that offers hosting, I'll give you one guess who that suggestion will be. :)

That said, there are some sites that are more objective and better suited for this sort of question.
