Is there a specific reason why you can't download or purchase it from the Client Center, without e-mailing sales? And why is it not on this site?

It's because they haven't finished adding it to the site yet.

How come they don't want a feedback forum then?

Not having it on the site won't affect whether they could put a feedback forum. IPS Beyond already has a IDM forum.

Maybe because of the confusion that it may cause. Having a product forum, but no "public" information about the product.

I suppose that could be plausible. Although I don't know why the page is taking so long :P
