Why did you remove direct CSS editing??? The entire suite is full of CSS errors anyway - and now you're complicating any improvement.... This version is absolute bullfaeces... No performance improvement, but some absolute crap you've done... I am so disappointed that I don't know if I will continue to be client...

Am I only person who find text editor that IPS use is kind of weird? You making newlines and if you put this CTRL + C text into other text editor it will be 2-3 newlines instead of 1. And if you copy text not from editor it will be extra space symbol between lines

Kind of defeats the purpose to use this if you cannot refresh a thread you're in via the standalone app. The browser mode works, but then is it really an app and it opens a new tab every time you click on a new notification. Would love for this to be an enhancement request to have a refresh button in Standalone mode.

Hello, Where is the best place for a client (with a license expired) to ask to remove a couple of apps (Gallery and Commerce) from their license so they can renew only Core and Forums? He sent an email on Saturday to Accounts and Billings via Contact Us form. Posting this on his behalf, by request, as there is no forum for a member post and no reply to the email so far. Thank you.

Hi, As far as I know, there is not an easy way to include blocks in database entries. In our install (and possibly others 😊), there are several occasions when adding blocks to articles would be very useful: Inserting custom ads in custom locations of the article Inserting a block with sponsors of specific articles In an expanding series of articles within a topic, a block with links to the different parts would take away a huge amount of editing when new parts are published One way of doing it would be to include a button in the text editor that brings up a list with the available custom blocks, similar to the way you browse for available Custom…

Hello IPS Team! I've already asked several theme creators about this, but evidently it is deeply coded into Downloads for IPS. Would it be possible to de-couple the custom blocks from the category (https://**********.com/files/category) view and files view (https://***********.com/files/)? Right now if you add/create custom boxes on the category view the same blocks show at the bottom of the /files page. It would be great to allow us to have custom blocks for each individual page (/files/ or /category/). There is no need to duplicate these blocks. Thanks

I did love what you guys have done with Pages widget v4.7.9 whenever comment is disabled. Wouldn't be nice if we have similar idea to all widgets. Pages Fixed an issue where comment counts displayed in the record feed when comments were disabled. The suggestion is: the count doesn't display whenever topics or records from Pages/Blogs has zero reply/comment. It will look nicer than having all zeros.

Hello, We noticed whenever you add an image to a topic, there isn’t a possibility to only have this as an attachment. The search facility here doesn't appear to find any results in your documentation, even when narrowing the search down to documents or guides. Example: I'm currently playing with Zapier and using the option to post an image from an RSS feed in a Gallery album. It results in an error message: The app returned "1G316/6". Please can you provide a dark mode for your documentation and help guides? It's not a pleasant experience switching from other dark tabs to your stark bright white documentation or trying to study it at night particularly when you have vision difficulties. Get with the times!

I’ve been using this software, and this company for many years and with recent changes to how support is offered it leaves something to be desired. There’s no means to directly reach IPS employees for technical matters; which there should be. Having to post in a community where potentially sensitive information can be gleaned out of a post. We are not supporting T-shirts or physical products. Here this is a piece of software that requires extensive knowledge and understanding to properly, maintain and run. It is the job of the software developer to provide at least a basic level of service with their software. Not rely upon their customers to do that for them. With add-on…

I have a new member that has repeatedly quoted on several occasions but used each post for one quote. Or it is most likely he is unaware of the multi quote option, since the + quote bit looks like +quote, instead of + multi quote option and quote option. I know that you want to keep it minimal, (as l do) but new members tend to miss it and give the mods and admin more work.

I’ve been using the PWA full time on my iPhone since updating to iOS 16.4. Seems to me it would be much better UX to have a fixed bottom menu bar like most apps on mobile have. My suggestion is to have these icons in a bottom bar: Forums/Notifications/PMs/Search/Account Maybe Unread also Could change Forums to Home but I don’t like that Home on this website doesn’t go to Forums. Could allow customization of the bottom menu bar in Account Settings.
