Hello, It could add to the system, a setting that forces users to change their email preventing access, when a certain address is added to the prohibition filter. I found some users with temporary email and added these addresses to the filter.

I hope this is an incomplete in-progress version, because it's lacking basic features that make it extremely inconvenient to use. The main issue is it's difficult to find and install plugins I've already purchased. Currently, I have to open Marketplace in the ACP, open a second browser window, go to the website Marketplace, look at my list of purchases, copy the name of the one I want to find, paste it into the ACP marketplace, then I can install. I can't even search for plugins from memory most of the time. The Marketplace in the ACP seems to only be capable of searching for exact terms. For example, if my plugin has "Forums" in the title, it won't come up if I sear…

Current host has InnoDB as the default engine which is great. However, I'm looking to switch to a different hosting company and their default is MyISAM, which causes issues. I see in the code that the supported engines are checked and the "default" one is chosen as the default to be used. However, the administrator of the community should be able to specify the preferred engine that gets used (if it's supported, of course). If it's not supported, then go with the server's default engine. $INFO['sql_engine'] = (MyISAM or InnoDB).

Invision Community already offers to highlight staff replies. Now what I would love to see in the software is an option (button) with a staff answer container that allowes the user to jump to (and go back to) the next staff answer, if there is any in the same topic. In addition to that a filter option to only show staff answers within a topic would be highly appreciated, too. Both features allow users to find somewhat "official" answers more easily, which can be key in a support-orientated community. And, of course, this does not neccessarily have to be limited to forums. It can also work in comments below blog articels, files, galery pictures and albums etc.

Seeing an error during the upgrade process can be frustrating enough. But not knowing what part of the process the upgrade is at makes it even more so. Therefore, when an error happens, the app and upgrade file in use when the error happened should be shown. Not only provides more information to the administrator performing the upgrade, but it's more information that can be provided when they are seeking assistance.

It would be very nice if we can have an option to Backup "Download" and "Reupload" everything in Pages database because right now "Records are not included.".

Taking a look at this and noticing that it really does only list cookies Based on that, have you determined that the use of HTML5 local storage is exempt from needing to obtain consent from users? For example:

One thing I notice with PWA implementation that is immediately apparent and differs from a native app, is the lack of a swipe down refresh for the page. I can see it being confusing for members on the PWA but it never gets updated automatically or with a swipe, you rather have to navigate specifically to a link or click the site logo at the top to re-navigate and reload the site. Would be good to add this capability in the future as it will make the PWA behave more native-like.

When approving a pii data request in the AdminCP, the confirmation "approved" (bubble at the top of the screen) pops up. However there does not seem to exsist a phase for this that can be translated, so I guess it is missing.

Could I ask that you please reconsider your license policies for classic customers? On Saturday, the last day of my license, I installed updates on three sites. I had hoped not to have to renew for a few months as these are hobby sites that I pay for. Well, it seems later that day, a patch was released for the cookie issue. One of my sites had issues. Some of these folks are computer challenged and will likely not remember their passwords and may not visit again. I just paid $360 to update my licenses to apply a patch I did not have access to. Would you please consider allowing customers to apply patches, even if they do not have active licenses.

Dear IPS, Thank you for adding a Reject button to the cookie banner. Please can improve the new cookie compliance functionality further to include the duration of the cookies, so that it is clearly stated in order to obtain valid consent? Reasoning behind this: Example Reference: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/direct-marketing-and-electronic-communications/guide-to-pecr/guidance-on-the-use-of-cookies-and-similar-technologies/how-do-we-comply-with-the-cookie-rules/#comply4 Example reference: https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/direct-marketing-and-electronic-communications/guide-to-pecr/guidance-on-the-use-of-cookies-and-similar-tec…

Hello, I feel we should revisit the platform’s compliance with GDPR, in light of the latest developments and clarifications issued by the EU. Had some discussions, read a lot about this and it's clear to me that the classic Cookie strip with one button (I accept) simply doesn't cut it anymore and would make the website owner liable for not fully following the current regulations. It's been brought to my attention from the ad network we use, that we should provide a full Consent message to every visitor of our site, and give them the option to choose which cookies, if any, they would want to be used during their visit. There are already many services out th…

HI IPS, I personally do not like this type topics when my Customers post it, and to be honest I have a feeling just I want to click DELETE button, however every time I see such I try to understand them. I noticed that for last few updates you started creating many new issues while fixing other. If you will search forums you will notice that recent updates generated many problems where some were/are related to important areas.. e.g. payments (PayPal), login session.. and many many smaller ones. If you are unsure of quality of specific update, maybe reconsider not pushing update just because you are at the end of your monthly schedule? maybe split updates in…

It would be helpful if there were a way to send an email to all members of a club. I looked in the Members > Bulk Mail section but don't see any filters that would limit the email to only members of a specific club. If there is no way to do this from within the platform, there should be a way to export all email addresses of club members so I can do it manually in Outlook.

In the 'init.php' file, found a small typo. Just thought I would point it out. // DEPRECATED OPTIONS: CHANGE AT YOUR OWN RISK // These constants were once customisable but their fucntionality should now be // considered deprecated. A little further down, another possible boo-boo. Before and after, only tabs are used. But for one line, a few spaces instead of another tab in order to line it up properly. // Enable debug on hooks? // By default, if a hook throws an exception, the exception is caught silently and the parent // method is executed. Turn this on to log those exceptions. 'DEBUG_HOOKS' => FALSE, Now before anyone …

When you get notifications regarding pii data requests, the notification is missing the profile photo/avatar. The same goes for the popup bubble at the bottom.

If using IndexNow to notify search engines of new content and it turns out to be a spammer that has been flagged there is no way that I am aware of to notify/ update search engines to remove the content from their search queries. Can IndexNow be restricted to specific user groups so that it helps to prevent spam content becoming visible in search queries a few minutes after posting? Ted.

During my upgrade from 3.4.6 to 4.7.11 (Slurpee time), I experienced a few issues. I encountered this same issue that @teraßyte provided a fix for. So when an array is expected, a similar thing should be done (when acceptable) so that if there isn't an array, one can be made. If an array is required, as in there has to be some sort of data for the process to continue properly, then obviously an error should happen but should be a friendly error that explains the problem enough to know that a workaround isn't a recommended solution. I also encountered situations where a table or row was expected but missing. Somewhere in the upgrade process, the ta…

Lately two patches for 4.7.11 have been released. Is there a place where I can find a changelog for these? The general release notes do not seem to cover this.

There's a weird bit of behaviour going on, if I close my browser. On any device, it shows me as signed out. Thing is, I don't think I am actually signed out. If I click the cookie message, click to read more and click back to home. I become signed in without signing in. It's really strange, but several of my sites members have mentioned that they are being logged out.

Hello everyone. Am I the only one missing the option to merge and delete private messages? It often happens that a user sends several similar messages, it would be nice to be able to merge them into one conversation. Same with deleting, no matter how many people are attached to a message, moderators should have the option to completely delete a private message as with topics.
