  4. Hello Invision, I cannot apply the latest update. It keeps failing and referencing some kind of issue, but I see no clear issue. I'm stuck. Please help. I don't have any fancy apps or anything attached to my community. Maybe I took too long to apply the update? Thanks in advance. Jason

  8. Hello again Invision Team, So for some reason on some of my threads have blocks above and to the right. I have no idea how they got there and I don't want to see them. It appears I can add block by using the pop out panel in the left as an Admin, but I can't seem to remove the blocks that were mysteriously added. How do I remove them or manage them? Makes no sense. Thanks in advance! Jason

  10. Hello Invision, I have members complaining that they want more than the default amount of reactions per day. I can't seem to find this setting anywhere to increase it. Is it even possible? Search turns up nothing. Thanks in advance! Jason
  11. Just a suggestion, but it might be easier for Invision to use or invest in AI to simply scan posts of new users for bullfaeces spam content and then auto-ban or suspend the account if detected. If they can use AI why can't we? For instance - the fist post of a new account is automatically held while it is scanned and if it passes it is then posted. If the post is spam it is automatically held for manual review by the forum owner who can then delete. To me this is what Captcha should be focused on not puzzles. Jason

  14. Hello Marc and everyone, So my new forum has gotten hit by the spammers already. I also had this problem at my old forum, but I recall we were able to approve all first posts from new members and this squashed it, but I don't see that ability in the backend now. Is it not possible? I don't see such a setting or am I blind? Thanks for any help, Jason

  16. So I never got that email because I made a typo in my initial sign up and purchase. I then corrected the email, but I don't have the Welcome email. I somehow have a test forum that seems to match the info for my community found in my Client Area. Is that normal? Jason
  17. Umm... I purchased a beginner package and I've read the Help Guide, but I can't see where to login for the first time and access my ACP to set things up. I think I'm missing an initial email or something telling me where to go. Confused. Also, there is no formal email we can write to do individual support? Everything is done here in the forums? Please advise. Jason
