Do you think Cloudflare might be messing with a setting or blocking it?

There is no such problem in my other site's SMF forum, but in my invision forum, visitors appear to be on other IPs because of cloudflare. How can we bypass this? I need to see the visitor's IP directly. That's why there was a problem with payment integrations.

We moved our website installed on Cyberpanel to hosting with Nginx installed. The github library where the /etc/nginx/includes folder in the Invision Nginx installation guide is shared cannot be accessed. Since htaccess will not work on the nginx server, I need these files to adapt the nginx config to the friendly url setting. How can I access it?
