After an update on our platform today, everything is working well, expect that our section 'Support Requests' in AdminCP is not allowing people to: 1-Start a new request 2-Is showing current (open) requests as unreadable code as below. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks! Have done that and getting this error on Facebook OG URL scraper? The image also isn't displaying when I try to share on FB. "The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags."

Hey Marc. Nope, seems to be pretty consistent. We are having moments of normal speed but unfortunately short-lived. It's affecting all of our team who are using different devices/networks/geography, so can only assume it's affecting our members too.

We want to keep the post before registering but only for 2 forums which it's enabled in. We don't allow guest accounts the permission to post in the other forums, but somehow we are recently getting exactly that.

Hey Marc, we did allow guests to post in technical support but nowhere else. We are getting roughly 1-2 posts from Guests each day. I will DM you a URL to an example of a post.

Hi, Wondered if anyone else is suddenly receiving an influx of spam? We've had to ban around 10 accounts in the past couple of hours. Our spam settings are fully configured so not sure what's going on and how we can prevent? We've had to opt to manually approve new members as a short term measure. Any advice would be appreciated! Hi, I know that there are plans to depreciate this system. I wondered if there were any updates on when this is likely to happen and any new guidance on the best replacement? We are heavily reliant on this feature as our members use it to get private, confidential support from our support mentors and removal is likely to cause a lot of distress and issues for our members who need it. We're hoping to find a solution that fully integrates and doesn't require our members to create another account on another app. Any guidance would be hugely appreciated! Thanks, Liam
