  3. Hello all, We have "Badges" assigned to user groups so that those a part of any particular user group will have a badge that shows in their post bit showing their position on the site. However as standard, below the users username it will show the name of the user group, which for us just ends up saying the same as the badge. Is there a way for certain user groups to hide the name of the user group they are a part of ? For example, I would love to be able to hide the section marked in the red box, but only for certain user groups. Any ideas ? Thanks!

  6. I only manually assign subscriptions by adding the member into an additional user group via their user profile in AdminCP. I have not touched anything relating to the database.
  7. So I have done the Site Upgrade. I will send a PM with specific user details for testing. However this particular user is currently a "Premium Gold" subscriber, which you can see is highlighted, but no ability to upgrade/downgrade. If a user is expired I would of imagined they would have the ability to rectify that ? Thanks.
  8. Ahh yes good points! I have manually assigned some users with Premium Accounts, so I guess that would explain for some, why there is no option to do anything, unless I am incorrect ? As for the expired users, yes I have come across one that is expired and the ability to subscribe does not seem to be available. Is there a way to change that behaviour ? Thanks!
  9. Hello all, Something curious which is not immediately evident to me why this is the case. We have a few subscription packages to choose from, in the subscription settings we allow users to Upgrade or Downgrade their subscription package. As per the below screenshot. I thought everything was working fine, having not checked it (My bad)I had someone comment that when they visit the subscription page, there is no choice to upgrade nor downgrade. The below is an example of a our subscription page, on this page (Logged in as another user), I would expect to see the Upgrade/Downgrade buttons. What have I missed ? Thanks, P

  12. Hello all, We found the cause of the issue, it was one of the 3rd party plugins indeed. It was a "Back To Top" plugin that was causing a big headache. We also made some adjustments to mod_security and HTaccess. All seems well at the moment. I appreciate the help very much! All the best, P

  14. This is so strange. I have just tried on a completely different machine on a completely different internet connection, using Chrome Incognito/Firefox and still the same issues. I am not arguing, just that I cannot replicate the good state you are seeing. I have also had some colleagues in different geolocations try, they see the same issues. We will run through going back to IPS stock, and run through everything systematically to see if that solves anything.
  15. That is strange. I will try a different machine/Internet connection as even in Incognito mode, those errors persist. Will report back.

  17. Thanks for clearing that up. Basically we recently migrated our forums from one server to another, essentially just moved from dedicated hosting to VPS hosting. However since doing so, we are experiencing some issues. We have tried the standard avenues of disabling all 3rd part plugins, clearing system caches and ensuring our CloudFlare service was disabled. However the issues persist, we even completely re-installed our VPS server to make sure that was not an issue. We are seeing lots of 404 related errors which we cannot resolve at a server level and believe there must be something wrong with the software, or we are simply missing something. For example. In AdminCP, If I run a search, say for a username the system stalls and generates the following errors: I can also just be browsing AdminCP and just get the following, where it cuts out completely: The 404 errors can also be replicated when on the "Marketplace" section of AdminCP. When searching for something I get the following: Furthermore, though less "breaking", is if I am on a page and I scroll up and down, I will continually generate the following errors: Ultimately, whatever is causing the 404 errors is the main concern as it is breaking backend and front end items. It would be great if we can have someone come in and have a look. I did fill out all the Access details in our client area for the server access as well as supplying an admin login for IPS.   18. Really ? I must have missed that memo. Hmmm. So what avenues are there if you are getting an issue you cannot explain. I have spoken with server admin etc and our only other avenue was to speak with IPS regarding the issue.

  22. Quick question regarding the IPS software. How do I dictate where the manual ad units show up? I looked in the block manager and did not see anything related to advertising, with respect to where I could insert an advert block on any given page ? Just struggling to understand how I place an ad block on the site and link it up with the manual ad unit html I get from Google. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

  24. Hello, I recently added some different subscription models to my site along with some existing subscription models. However I note that if a user is already subscribed to a product, they cannot subscribe to a second. Is there a way to allow users to subscribe to multiple packages ? Thanks, P
