  1. Alright, I'll just figure out a better way to display the applications then so no one is confused. One of your recent features: When you check the "Notify the applicant" option when approving or rejecting an application, it sends it to the applicant via private message. We want to utilize this to send them a nice message wrapped in custom table coding I've added to the editor via a custom button. It's not really a make or break type thing, just would be nice for the option to spruce up the message a bit with some post formatting instead of plain text.

  3. Is it possible to change the description text under these two radio options? I'd like to reword it and add on to it so my members understand more clearly what can and can't happen based on what they choose. I tried using the localization method, but I guess these aren't using a language string.
  4. @Adriano Faria Is it possible to allow us to have multiple categories? Currently it's only allowing me to create one, and I have applications for a multitude of things, not just staff positions, but your application would work amazingly for all of them if I could separate them into categories. Another minor suggestion would be to change the "Reason" area when approving or rejecting applications to be changed into an editor field instead of a text area field. We use custom tables to send official correspondence to keep everything cohesive across the site and would help when sending application messages.
  5. I've seen posts from members, myself included, asking for more patreon-like features like this for clubs. I was kinda hoping they'd be added before 5. Our club usage has decreased rapidly because our artists would prefer setting different sub levels instead of having to average out a one level deal for the content they want to provide to supporters, and being able to do this directly on our website instead of having to have a separate off-site account is our end goal with clubs for now. 😞
  6. @Fosters I'm having some issues with the app after recently upgrading to 4.3.6 I don't know how major of an issue it is, but to put it short, we can't send notifications anymore. Even with default criteria for recipients, it'll only send the notification to a couple percent and then it'll get stuck on a random person and continuously spam them repeatedly with the same notification and stop distributing the notification to the 90%+ of the members who haven't received it yet. I've tried it several times and the person it gets snagged on is always different. The only way I can quit the task is by uninstalling it. There are no error messages of any sort that I can provide to you since it doesn't give me any. We send notifications to around 5k people on average, but it can be up to over 7k at once. Unless something is timing out, I don't think member amount is the culprit here. I'm using 1.2.2 of your application on 4.3.6 with latest patches.
  7. Update: I was able to figure out the issue. There were errors being thrown about certain custom application fields: IPS\Db\Exception: Data too long for column 'field_10' at row 1 I have all fields set to text and/or text area with unlimited characters, so I'm not sure why it would say the data is too long? I did remove one that wasn't needed and changed field 10 to text area instead of just text. It seems to have fixed the issue for now.
  8. @Adriano Faria Hey there! We just started using this app last night and I've hit a bit of an issue. We set this up straight out of the box and it seemed to be working excellently right away, but after about a day of having members apply to our staff positions, we noticed that not all the apps are being submitted properly. Here's the first app submitted that went through without issue. There are more questions, but for the sake of space, I only screenshot the top part. However, this is the next application. I confirmed with this member that they did indeed fill in all fields as instructed since they are required fields, but only her description is showing up with all the other fields blank. It happens sporadically. The first application went through fine. The next 2 had everything missing except for their description. The application submitted after those two looks fine with all the information showing up, but then again the next one after that has all but the description missing. Some of the apps sent in had none of the custom application fields attached to it at all. Looked like this: I did remake 3 out of the 4 applications to remedy this issue and I'm keeping an eye out for any future applications not showing up correctly. I've sent test apps to all 4 and they went through successfully, but I wanted to make you aware of this anyway. We're using this application straight out of the box on 4.3.6.
  9. @Fosters Hey there, I just updated to 3.0.0 and I've run into some issues. First Issue: It no longer renders the topic title placeholders. Here is a screenshot showing 1 application before we updated, and 2 applications we received after the update to 3.0 Second Issue: The poll options sometimes don't show up. We have it set to show the generic "yes" and "no" options.
  10. @Adriano Faria Hey Adriano! I've encountered a template issue that I'm not entirely sure of how long it's been acting up, but it was brought to my attention when a member attempted to do a giveaway in their club. There are no issues with setting up the giveaway and whatnot, but after it's created, if anyone clicks on it, we receive this error: [[Template raffles/front/view/view is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] I've tried to do some of my own troubleshooting by switching to the default theme and uploading a fresh copy, but the template error still persists. My website uses 4.3.5 with all patches.

  14. No worries. I was indeed asking about the block. I feel like they could have lined it up similar to how products are listed in the store so that it didn't look so out of place. Example of how bulky and unpleasant it looks below. I'll play around with the html/css, but it would be better if the default look was more pleasing to the eye.
  15. Yes, all 3 of them have descriptions. Why does that effect how they're arranged if the descriptions don't even show up without clicking on it and being brought to the sub page? + My screen size is 1920x1080 with a max-forum width of 1500px, which is wider than the default theme. I have a dual setup so I stretched the window out across both 1920x1080 monitors with no change. They're still listed vertically on the horizontal block.
  16. @All Astronauts Any reason why the edit button on the first post of each topic isn't accepting the css added to the other edit buttons?
  17. I'm having a hard time understanding why things work the way they do via the subscription manager and I was hoping I could get some clarification or if we could receive some improvements on it. If members repurchase/renew the same subscription after it has expired or canceled, they're still kept in the "Inactive" list. Why? This makes it really hard to see how many actual inactive subscribers we have. Why don't coupons work for subscriptions? Why don't we have the option to discount the subscription for certain member groups, similar to what we could do in the shop front? If you have it set to move members to new usergroups, they're reset when that sub is cancelled if toggled. If the subs are cancelled, but then reactivated for whatever reason, why does it not move them back to the group set for the sub? Bug - Fixed in next update. If you delete a cancelled or expired sub from the member's purchase list while they have another active sub, why does it drop them from the active list, removing their benefits and sub status, when they still have an active sub that was not removed? Why does editing certain things about the subs make the system think they're a separate entity if purchased/renewed after the changes? Why is the horizontal block presented like this: https://i.gyazo.com/ac333c56a3d8e9f5f1f7e621cb5b5405.png This feels so cluttered and unnecessary. It would be better if it was set up as a horizontal alignment of the subscriptions at about the same size as a product would show up in the store? I'd prefer the horizontal block, but it just takes up entirely too much real estate on the page for showing off just 3 sub options.

  19. @TheJackal84 I noticed an issue with the artstation option. Regardless of what you input (Username or Link), it shows the input on hover but clicking it will just refresh the user's profile.

    Group Mention

    Just wanted to drop a note here that after testing on both our live and test site, it seems groups with a lot of members causes issues. Data below. Moderator Group Members: 21 Error: None Notification Verification: All moderators received a notification that they had been mentioned in test topic. Member Group Members: 4591 Error: A redirect to a generic 500 server error occurs after attempting to mention this group. A page refresh will show that the post/mention was actually created even though you receive this error redirect. I'm assuming this error shows up due to timing out, but I'm only speculating and could be wrong. My assumption is based on the website being stuck in some sort of loading/pending stage after hitting the submit button for about 10+ seconds before it finally gives up and errors out. Notification Verification: No one could verify that a notification was received with proper notification settings applied. I asked roughly 60 members and also checked random accounts for the notification and couldn't find a record of one. Secondary Member Group (Promoted to this group after x amount of content.) Members: 871 Error: None Notification Verification: Several members verified a notification was received. Additional Notes: The website hesitates for about 5 or so seconds compared to the moderator test, but the mention is sent without error nonetheless. Similar test results were received on the test site with the exception of being able to verify the large group issue due to not having that many accounts for the test. Is this something on my end I'll need to look further into or is the application itself struggling to keep up when the group count hits a certain number?
  22. Does that mean I can no longer reset name changes without effecting other logged history? We allow name changes once a year and sometimes that gets messed up when we add accounts manually.
  23. Am I blind or was the option to delete the name change history of a member removed from the ACP after the 4.3 member profile update? I can't even find a place to view it?

    Mind Theme

    Just wanted to give you a heads up that some of your editor options aren't added into the templates properly to update them, such as some of the profile options and footer options. (Could be more, I just started playing around with this today.) I'm having to go into the templates and modify the text that way regardless of what I enter into the editor. I skimmed through here and I don't know if that's just a work in progress with the 4.3 update, forgive me if it is.
