  1. I have the latest release, v5.0.4, and have checked the language pack, which says customized, but I can't remember who did this. How can I reset it? The member sent me a new error he received: Same error... In the console, i get the error message GET https://www.wincert.net/forum/profile/78093-smed79/?&do=edit 500 (Internal Server Error) Network Headers Request URL: https://www.wincert.net/forum/profile/78093-smed79/?&do=edit Request Method: GET Status Code: 500 Internal Server Error Remote Address: 104.168.147.90:443 Referrer Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin I tested in Chromium, Firefox and Edge.
  2. One of our members wrote this Hello, hope you are doing well. if i try to edit my Edit Profile i get the below error message: [[Template core/front/forms/popupTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] could you please check from your side. Thank you.   4. Dear community, I've just received several reports that users are unable to log in to the forums with their e-mail and password combination. The first report was that users were receiving this error: I told the user to try to use the incognito tab and then try to log in but he replied with this issue: Now, I can see the login link, but when I do, it sends me the same screen with an error: "Error code: 2S119/1." Before, when I logged in, I only had my name, Luis, but now it automatically asks me for an email address, and I don't remember which one I registered. When I try to view my profile in Staff, it sends me the same error screen. I have tried resetting the theme because of that template error, but it didn't help. Thanks in advance! Nik

    Correct, table and feed view show the icon. Is this issue fixed in 5.0.4 or just we are having this issue?

    After the upgrade from v4 to v5 I have tried to replace the forum icons but this isn't working for me: Additionally, when I select the "Choose an icon" option and try to use the search box, the page freezes, and the icon library page closes. Thanks!
  15. Hi Marc, Thanks for your reply. Yes, the upgrade was from version 4. Can you please let me know how to switch page templates to a set of default templates? Thanks!
