    I encountered the same error when migrating a server. 1. Enabled remote access to the database. 2. Added IP address 127.0.0.1 to the list of allowed ones.

    Thank you, the transition to version 5 is complete. But your transition system has some shortcomings. 1. When upgrading the PHP version in the server control panel, you need to install instead of "PHP as an Apache module" - CGI! Otherwise, IPB will not work correctly. 2. After the upgrade, the "Pages" icon disappears in the Administrative panel for other languages. How can this be fixed?
