    my members are asking how and if they can see their older posts... going to profile ans pressing search for members posts return only 200 posts...for some of my members this means 3-5 days ago... how about older? :( they ask me everyday, so I need a mod soon... how about 3.0.2...?

    I added a ticket... almost 2 days, no answer... thats ok, you are all busy... after 2 days I receive this: I repeated with a new reply that is NOT working for me. what now? another 2 days to wait?, another member stuff telling that is ok?... how long can you make me wait in this manner till you will begin to ask what you need to solve it? I do not care it is working for someone else if for me or for another member of my board is not working. you need details?! ask the. I am not Nostradamus to know what you need but I do not accept that. One of stuff members explained today that a reply to ticket is bring it down side in your queued list. so, that was the purpose of MATT reply? he is not asking nothing. he is not trying nothing. but he just inform ME that is everything ok for him well, he is not my member and I do not asked if is ok for nobody! I INFORMED YOU that is not ok for me and I wish a solution, now or in future versions. and I do NOT want such replies that just will make me wait some more! because that is what matt did . he made me wait another 2 days, with a stupid reply that tells me nothing. or tells me he does not care if for me is not working.

    for me would be ok even everyone can use update, if is a member... but validating are not members. >_< I forgot to test what about banned members...

    worse is that even validating members can update their status. I have a ticket with this..:( i do not complain about members, if they do something wrong, I have moderators. but validating? this already is a stupid moment.
  13. :( ipb has nothing to do with my host. I cannot contact my host... :( is a very nice Chinese man, but I speak with him with many difficulties of understanding, I am Romanian, and I have rarely the opportunity to talk with him. I did not see him on messenger last 4 month...so... no, my host is just hosting me, for free. nothing more I can ask.

  17. :) I scream, argue and I complain many times, about many things, Putzy, but I love them all. ;) Even when I try to hurry them somehow. I know they are doing their best. And they are good, in what they do. for one of my tickets 2 day were gone already. that was a copy paste from client area.

  19. would be a great feature especially for small boards, where not too often someone is registering, for admins who validate themselves all users... it is my case, anyway... is difficult to know when someone is awaiting... only I receive notification on email, not all admins... perhaps you can notify all. or make something to view them, without entering acp.

  21. they do, often that. when they begin to work at a ticket, appear "In progress" ... but sometimes is just opened... so must wait
  22. I did not asked how long take till is solved, but ...read. I know sometimes cannot be solved, and is reported as a bug, und so weiter.
  23. :) they are quick usually, yes... that is the reason I ask, never happen to wait so long if it was not weekend, of course... was just curiosity, not argue..:) I know they can be busy...
  24. none of them tell me about community suite.. :) but I suppose is the same with standard... :whistle: one more day, guys poor Jason H, he is almost always there, I suppose I will know him as I know my family members... 75% of my tickets are his work anyway... :huh: if is the same for you too, I imagine why he is late now :ermm: jasooooon
  25. :) what is maximum for your customers? :) how long should we expect sometimes? many staff members that could help are just chatting here... I already have 1 day... how long can this take?
