I transfered my forum to a new server and now I am missing icons like notificatoins,messeages all the one on top by the login also all of them in admin on the left hand side where all the icons should be they are just squares now. any idea what happen or how I can get them back?

it would be where pages and media in admin in media I tried to upload a video and it only allows 5 mb is there a way to change that I already changed where you specified.

where can I change the max upload on media from 5mb to more
