Is this happening on all language packs, and on a default theme?

Yes, the same issue happens in all languages, including English.

Additionally, try resizing the browser to a smaller screen and then expanding it. The menu will not revert to the desktop view but will combine all items under "More." even after refreshing the page and clearing the cache.

Which browser are you using there?

I tried checking your site to see if I could reproduce this, but it's currently turned offline.

I then tried reproducing this error locally while using both LTR and RTL language directions, while also using a modified header layout like your theme, but it was still working correctly. The "More" menu only appears for me when the other items overflow. It also reappears correctly when expanding the screen from a mobile UI to a desktop one.

Does the same issue happen with the Default theme? I can take a look at your site once it's back online 👍
