First I thought it was Safari's problem with cache after upgrading but no matter what browser I log in as admin, instead of editor, theres that:

I did delete theme and restored original (as the old one wasn't modified either), cleared cache multiple times but it still keeps popping up everywhere where should be editor.

Also, does theme resources should be empty:

Okay, have sorted out Editor problem. If admin has Primary Group set to Admin and Secondary Group set to Member, then this error occurs. But still can't see any Theme Resources.

I'm not able to replicate this editor issue. Do you have something specific set for members? Any 3rd party items installed?

With the resources, you wouldnt see anything unless you have added something.

As Marc says, in v4 we showed you all the theme resources that the 'master' theme used, however in v5 we use far fewer resources in general, and you now only see anything custom that you've uploaded.

There shouldn't be any 3rd party items installed. If it helps others, you can try yourself and take a look my TESTINSTALL (login stuff on file under notes).

You didnt mention there if you have anything specific set for members. More around permissions on the editor than anything

Right now admins have the same settings as members have. Also v4 has Settings tab under Editor, in v5 theres only Emoji and Stock Replies. Is this intentional or only me rn? In v4 I did have different permissions for members on some buttons. But regular members had access to Editor after upgrade, only Admins were who didn't.

Right now if I add secondary group to admin again, editor works well and no more errors 🤷‍♂️ So it's working as intended now.

No problem. Please let us know if this happens again

Yes, the changes are intentional, with the new editor. System->Settings->Posting and Editor is where you would find permission sets if needed
