[5.0] Downloads APP - fresh install - issue

Status: Not a bug

After installing all additional applications to my account, and testing in offline mode (only admin can see) - clicking on Downloads opens a white screen with only the inscription Welcome

All other APPs work correctly.

In my test installation, I installed all the APPs with beta 1, and there all the APPs have no issues.

On the live site earlier today, I also installed the available patch.

Not a bug IPS.

This is my bug, which I created back in 2012, long before I had an IPS installation. For some reason, then I created a folder with "files" name in the root directory... Which I haven't used for a long time and I forgot about it...

Now with the installation of Download - the link tries to load my made-up directory, not the APP..

Ha ha - I removed this directory and everything is OK.
