Please post the error in English. I'm afraid, the mass majority of this community do not speak the language listed there.

Jim, I have translated each message before all screenshots.

Thank you. You would need to check your server or firewall logs to ascertain why specifically Google cannot connect to the sitemap. From my attempt, I am not seeing any issues with the software generating the sitemap itself.

What is the URL of the sitemap they're citing there? As I do see the sitemapindex and sitemap specified on your sitemap.

You would need to contact them to ask why they are stating this is the case, as the very first line in your sitemap there, does indeed contain the namespace declaration

You would need to troubleshoot why they can't fetch those as I can reach them just fine.

I have the same error

As mentioned by my colleague, you need to check why google is unable to access those URLs on your server

Hi Marc,

I'm planning to migrate my forum to another hosting provider to see if it helps resolve the persistent caching issue, which your Level 3 support team hasn't been able to fix via ticket so far. I'd also like to see if it addresses this other problem as well.

Do you have a recommended procedure for a clean migration—starting from a fresh base—without losing any of my data or customizations? Just to clarify, I haven't modified any files via SFTP, only through the admin panel.

Sorry to hear you haven't a resolution to the issue there as of yet. Unfortunately, as we're unable to replicate it outside of your environment, they can often be difficult to track down. And indeed very often turn out to be hosting related.

There is no official method of starting from fresh while also keeping your data. The correct way in which to move is outlined in the documentation here

We did not make any changes and this error did not appear until after updating to version 5

Is the link they are showing accessable? (check a guest also) If so, something is blocking it to google. As we dont host you, its not possible for us to know what that is
