When logging into 4.x you get asked if you want to be remembered. How long period of inactivity does it take before you are shown as being offline?

Seems that this option is removed in 5.x? How to remove it in 4.x?

In 4.x, if you just leave the forum without logging out your status will be shown as "Last visited xx minutes ago", not "Online Just now" as when you are logged in.

I do not get that prompt when logging into this forum. (I thought it's running 5.x)
However I do get it when entering Security and Privacy setup.
