IPS gang, is it possible to add a second upload option for a read uploadable icon on 5?

Using the set icons will fade on read, but uploaded icons stay as they are and defeat the object of its intention between read and unread.

How about if the uploaded icon faded? I think that was probably the intention. @Ehren can confirm.
