Normally it is safe to try to fix these problems automatically however if your community is large, you may want to run the necessary queries manually. Normally it is safe to try to fix these problems automatically however if your community is large, you may want to run the necessary queries manually. What it says is to drop the index from the profile fields table. Although indexes play an essential role in optimizing query performance by speeding up the retrieval of data, they can also slow down data modification operations for commands such as INSERT, UPDATE and DELETE due to the overhead of maintaining them. In that case indexes are no longer required as they have becomes redundant. That said, it would be best to make a backup of the aforementioned table, or better yet of the whole database, before you manipulate the database, especially deleting stuff from it. Hope it helps.
