Is there anyway to bring back the bullets and numbered lines?

I love the new editor works great but those two things I use a lot in writing articles for my website and I really do miss those functions that were part of the version 4.

You do not have your cursor on text which is capable of using them so they will be disabled.

Hard to tell from your screenshot but if you have copy/pasted something in from another source this may create that scenario.
