So in the AdminCP we can turn on permissions on a membergroup basis to allow users in that group to adjust how the forum displays to them. When toggled on, then they can visit their Account Settings and choose for themselves Feed View, Table View, Card View, whether the Topic List is simple or condensed, and whether user posts have left side user info or the newer condensed user info above the post.

I desire to make the Sidebar Navigation the DEFAULT view for unregistered guests, but I know some of my users will want to be able to turn that off and just stick with the traditional header. Could this feature be added so that each user can choose for themselves whether they see the sidebar navigation OR the traditional header?

I understand what it is you are looking for there, but in the meanttime you could create 2 themes if needed

Duh! I feel pretty dumb, lol. I got so involved in playing around with new features and design changes that I forgot the obvious... I can still offer multiple themes.
