Over the past few weeks, several members have reported that the voting option is not visible when they access the thread.

It seems that the affected people are accessing the poll but viewing the results prior to voting. When they go back to vote, the system won’t let them.

I’ve looked at the settings, and the only one I can see is one that would cause members to lose their votes?

Sorry, you dont seem to have said what the issue is you are having there. Are you saying you already have that enabled?

Yes we have this enabled. However, when people access the poll but view the results prior to voting. When they go back to vote, the system won’t let them.

I've encountered this and you just supplied the answer which had me wondering for a few weeks. On one poll someone couldn't vote but then on another, they could.

It's worth sending in a bug report for this in case it hasn't been spotted yet!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
