I am seeing this message after upgrading my SiteGround account. I should be able to upload the Update file to the server after I download it to my PC, but I am not sure where to put it.

Manual action required

There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance.

Download Update

You would overwrite your existing installation with the files provided in the given folder structure. You should overwrite the existing files on your server.

The entire file structure? For an update?

Maybe I should troubleshoot why the download to the server failed since it was always smooth before.

The update download there would give you the file structure at the root. It is a delta update so would only include files which were touched.

So, I would just upload the root folder of the forum? I'll try it.

Thanks!

Correct. You would upload it via FTP so the structure of the download will overwrite the root folder of your community on your server.

First, I uploaded the .zip folder to the root, and it did not work. Once I unzipped it and uploaded the folders and files it went smooth. Maybe took a little longer than I expected, but smooth and all is working.

Thank you!!
