Posted February 28Feb 28 Hello,When I run ic5.php, it said: MySQL connection could not be established to perform version check. Make sure your MySQL Server version is 8.0.13 or above (8.0.13 or above recommended). How to perform version check? Thanks.
February 28Feb 28 Community Expert It cant connect as (presumably) you have no current installation in that location. If you're not sure how to check if you have hat version of mysql or above, you would need to contact your hosting company to ask the question. If you have PHPMyAdmin available to you, it may tell you in the top right when you log in
February 28Feb 28 Author I have installed MySQL, but some how the ic5.php can not recognize it? Edited February 28Feb 28 by sychn
February 28Feb 28 Community Expert You are reading the message incorrectly there. Its saying it cant check its correct, not that its the wrong version. If you have confirmed you have the correct version, then you are good to go
