Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted February 26Feb 26 I have some products in my community which have Stripe and Crypto (manual) payment options assigned to them, but when anyone checks out any of these products, Stripe is the only option. In fact, no options are presented - just a credit card payment window that goes to Stripe. Is it a permissions issue? What am I missing?

February 26Feb 26 Community Expert I have created a ticket for you on this. Please check your email for further details
February 26Feb 26 Author Same here. Options are Stripe and PayPal.The issue got kicked up the chain to higher-level troubleshooters. I'll pass on what I learn from their investigation, if you're interested.
February 26Feb 26 Thanks. I trust they'll post results here. Our site's available for investigation should that help.
