Posted February 10Feb 10 I've had new users moan about completing the "Create New Account" form. If they forget to complete the Security Check (I am Human) and press the continue button there is no option to retry like there is on the "Contact Us" form. We are using the standard login & registration option only. Their frustration is having to reload the page and complete everything again as there was no option to retry the security check.Is this a bug?Screenshot from the Contact Us page where it gives the user the option to retry the security check:And this is from the Create New Account page, where the hCaptcha does not re-appear unless the page is refreshed:
February 11Feb 11 Community Expert Please ask the users to clear their browser cache, and also ensure there are no browser plugins that may be blocking this. Im not seeing this issue on your site
February 11Feb 11 Author Hi Marc, I'm not sure what you have tried, yes the captcha appears on the page and can be completed. The issue is when they forget to check that box and press continue.Did you try completing the mandatory fields without checking the security check before pressing the continue button?
